We had previously been to Jaanu when it was called Spicenick a few years ago, this cafe is a bit like an American Diner, its next door to a hotel on the A46 bypass with plenty of parking outside.

We were greeted at the door and shown to our table, the drinks order was taken with a great range of draft beers being offered. We were then brought complimentary poppadoms and a strong selection of pickles and mango chutney, we then ordered more so we all
had two but no charge, very impressive!

We then ordered a Fish Biryani, Butter Chicken, Lamb Tawa, Chicken Biryani and a Chicken Hyderabadi Biryani with Cheese Naan, Peshwari and plain Naan and a selection of rices.

All the above dishes were well received with no complaints, at the end of the day if you want a decent meal and a super-fast service this is the perfect place to eat.

The meal including drinks was £118.50 for five people, so for £25 a head exceptional value for money.
